Apartments On McCutcheon Road Sell For $29.5 Million

An apartment complex on McCutcheon Road has sold for $29.5 million.

The sale of the Bridgeway of Chattanooga Apartment homes was to Chattanooga Apartment Properties Lp from Bridgeway Chattanooga Realty Partners Llc.

The new owner has offices at Seven Fields, Pa.
