Mary Beatrice Borneman, 87, of Chattanooga, died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, February 11, 2016.
Mrs. Borneman was a sweet spirit who selflessly gave to others through her talents of sewing and cooking.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Borneman, US Army Major, Ret.
Surviving are three children; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 12, at East Ridge Church of Christ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the East Ridge Church of Christ Missions Fund.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
