Sheriff Eric Watson announced the employment of five additional corrections officers to staff the Bradley County Jail.

“I’m excited to add the five new officers to an already excellent staff in the Bradley County Jail,” said Sheriff Watson.

The new personnel, Christia Morrow, Eric Diaz, Carl Walls, Kregg Ware, and Mickey Young, were introduced to the Bradley County Commission’s Law Enforcement Committee this week.

The Sheriff added that the new corrections personnel have gone through an extensive interview process prior to their employment, and will undergo continuous training provided by the Tennessee Corrections Institute, the organization that governs the operation of prisons, jails and holding facilities statewide.
