REO Speedwagon

Legendary rock n' rollers REO Speedwagon will hit the Coke Stage Friday June 17th at 9:30 PM.  Fronted by iconic vocalist Kevin Cronin since 1972, REO Speedwagon is a band whose main constant over the decades has been a never-ending desire to give their all to their fans, year in and year out.

In the 1980’s their explosive Hi Infidelity album rode the top of the charts with 22 million albums sold in the U.S. and 40 million around the globe, with a string of gold and platinum records and international hit singles.

Their eyes have always been on the future and on the road – not a year has gone by where REO Speedwagon didn’t perform live.   Hi Infidelity’s millions in sales were fueled by massive hit singles such as “Keep On Loving You” and “Take It On the Run.”

Shovels & Rope will kick off the night on the Coke Stage Friday, June 17th at 6:30 P.M.  Live shows have helped build Shovels & Rope’s reputation among audiences and their peers – the latter of whom voted the duo in for two 2013 Americana Music Awards, Emerging Artist of the Year as well as Song of the Year for their hit “Birmingham.”

Ambrosia takes the Unum Stage Saturday, June 11th at 8PM.  In its brief recording history, Ambrosia earned 5 Grammy nominations, 5 Top 40 singles, heavy FM airplay and the admiration and respect of the entire music community.

Three decades later, the band is more alive than ever. With three of the original 4 members, the group is recording a new CD and continues to tour throughout the world.   Their hits include “You’re The Only Woman,” The Biggest Part of Me,” and “How Much I Feel.”

Firefall will hit the Bud Light Stage Sunday, June 12th at 8PM.  In an age where new bands come and go, Firefall has enjoyed a career that spans more than forty years and shows no sign of slowing down. Firefall’s success includes three Gold albums, two Platinum albums and eleven chart topping singles.

The band's biggest hit, "You Are the Woman" has been played on commercial radio more than 7,000,000 times and has also appeared in many movies and television shows. Other hit songs include "Goodbye I Love You", "Cinderella", "Strange Way", "Mexico" and "Just Remember I Love You".

Previously announced acts are Thomas Rhett, Heart, Brett Eldredge, Salt N Pepa, Blackberry Smoke, and Trampled By Turtles, Umphrey's McGee, ZZ Ward, For King and Country, and Granger Smith.

Admission is available at www.riverbendfestival.com.  Eight-day admission wristbands are $40. Reserved Star Seating and Club Riverbend are available as well.
