Lee Chamber Strings To Perform Valentine’s Day Concert

The Lee University Chamber Strings will perform its annual Valentine’s concert, “A Frisson of Love,” in Pangle Hall Sunday at 3 p.m. 

“We will present songs of entangled emotions, perfidiousness, and eternal love,” said Xiaoqing Yu, director of Chamber Strings. “An immense and engaging program will cover a broad spectrum, from Broadway theaters to pops center stage, to make a truly delightful Valentine’s Day.” 

Chamber Strings is composed of some of Lee’s finest violinists, violists, cellists, and bassists and provides innovative and excellent programming, said officials. 

This concert is a free, non-ticketed event, and is open to the public. A reception will follow immediately after the concert in the lobby of the Communication Arts Building.
