Person Shot Tuesday Night On South Germantown Road

A person was shot in East Ridge late Tuesday night.

East Ridge Police responded at 10:15 p.m. to a call of shots fired around Larry Lane and S. Germantown Road. While investigating the report, police were notified that a person arrived at Parkridge Hospital suffering from a gunshot wound that had occurred at 608 S. Germantown Road. 

Officers responded to 608 Germantown Road and began the investigation.

The victim was treated at the hospital and released.

The investigation is ongoing.
