Bathroom Bills - And Response (8)

  • Saturday, April 30, 2016

So much hatred is being directed towards the transgender community. All of these so called bathroom bills are a joke. It is all being done in the name of Christianity.

If you are worried about predators in bathrooms, how about laws against pedophiles to keep kids safe. Keep sexual predators away from public restrooms. Pass laws that keep them isolated and away from children.

Threatening violence towards transgender people is not the answer. What would Jesus do?

For starters, God made them male and female. Secondly, homosexuals will not inherit God's kingdom.

I hope this clarifies about what Jesus will do. His Word is very clear, try reading it.

We applaud Mr. Dale Souders for his viewpoint and stance. He has made several valid and fantastic opinion pieces as of late. It's terrible that all of the closed minded bigotry surrounding this really non-issue. It's not the trans and LGBTI communities that are the issue. Never have been. For many years, scientific statistical studies have proven that heterosexual men are the majority of child molesters and rapists by a margin of 11 to 1. Most victims also know their attackers.

Now, we would like to know just the exact passage and in which version of the Bible is Mr. Burns quoting. Where is the verse that specifically says only homosexuals will not inherit God's kingdom? Because in every version of the Bible that we have read, every translation from King James to the New International Version, has stated that Jesus said, in his own voice, that anyone that accepts him as savior will gain entry to heaven.  Plus, no sin is worse than any other.

Maybe Mr. Burns is who needs to read the Bible again, also remembering that judging others is forbidden as sin as well.

Mr. Burns,

Oh, you mean you’re against pedophilia and you don't mind laws against their behavior in order to protect the innocent?  You must be a hater and a bigot or one of those silly Christians.

Why don't you stop hating on the poor pedophiles who simply identify as a lover of children?

Just because people dress differently than they were born, does not make them sexual predators.

As for Michael Burns, Jesus loved 'everyone' including those that the rest of society shunned. That is what Jesus did. God said to let Him judge, so how about following the Bible that you say that you follow. Remember the 'splinter in your neighbor's eye, why ignoring the plank in your own eye?'

I have also read his word, and I don't cherry pick which parts to follow and which parts not to listen to anymore. I hope that clarifies things for you.

Jesus would use the men’s bathroom.

Yes, there is a Christian basis for the morality of "bathroom bills" as well as other moral laws in the U.S.  To "pervert" something is to make it impure and America's laws and heritage are based on the truths of the Creator-Savior God the Lord Jesus Christ as He has revealed them in the bible.

Regarding the present day assault on sexual purity as established in our laws; Romans 1:18-32 reveals man's reinterpreting His created standard of purity.  "...dishonor their bodies..., women (and men) exchanged the natural use for what is unatural..., who practice ... deseving of death ..., but approve of those who practice them."   1 Corinthians 6: 9, 10 states who will not inherit the kingdom of God and homosexuals and sodomites make the list!  1 John 3: 10 distinguishes between the children of God and the children of the devil - "... Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God..."   This is not exhaustive of God's condemnation of sexual sins and those who practice them.  Numbers 23:19 states "God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent.  Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?"  Psalms 9:17 states "The wicked shall be turned into hell, And all the nations that forget God."

Pre-WW11 Germany was a Christian nation, 75 percent Lutheran and 25 percent Catholic, the birthplace of Martin Luther and the Protestant Reformation and most of the German people accepted a leader named Hitler.  What happened!?

The US is presently outlawing Jesus Christ and Christianity and no one seems to see a correlation.  God's hand is in the affairs of men.

Actually Chuck  Davis, Jesus would likely be chased out of the men's restroom for his attire being mistaken for a dress. Just ask the 5'3" female in Texas who was followed into the women's restroom by a 6'4" hulking male who mistook her for a male and wanted to make sure she was female. It's anyone's guess how he intended to prove her gender without taking a 'peek' inside her underwear.

If she'd been an 'open' or 'conceal-carrier' she'd been within her right to pull out her shooter and defend herself.

How did America get to a point where this is even a question?  It’s sad.
