Marine Superintendent And Mrs. Levine Would Make A Good Pair

Seems in the beginning everyone wanted to get rid of the old good old boy network at the school board. First thing they did was put old school in charge and he hires one of the most respected educators to assist him. Anyone can see change went out the window.  As Dalton Roberts said once about Erlanger, "I'd like to grab that place around the nape of the neck and shake it until the last brick falls."

This choice offers old school, new faces. As someone who likes to ponder, and I do, what about trying this. Send old school out with early retirement, appoint the retired Marine superintendent, a person Jim Hammond wouldn't have the nerve to say no to, let him oversee and eliminate old school people or those just taking up space, and let Mrs. Levine do her job she has just been hired to do.

I can see the deadbeats trying to outrun each other when they see Mr. Marine coming their way. You would get two excellent people running the school and taking care of our children. Sounds like a winner to me.

That or fire everyone out there at school's end and find dedicated, intelligent, Marine-fearing teachers to straighten that place out.
