Louise Grayson
Louise Grayson, died in the comfort of her home on May 27, 2016, just four days short of her 91st birthday.
She was born in Benton, Tn., but lived many years on Signal Mountain. Louise was a member of Lone Oak Church of God.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Ralph Whitmire, Sr. and Daisy Lee Burns Whitmire; brothers, Lee, Elvin, Billy Joe Whitmire and sister, Hazel Alig.
Survivors are her daughers; Lillie Hartman, Signal Mountain and Jeanette Fussell, Chattanooga; sister Peggy (Vernon) Sims of Leesburg, FL; brothers Ralph Whitmire, Jr., of Signal Mountain and Kenneth (Sharon) Whitmire of Rossville, GA.; grandchildren, Tammy Cox, Donna Hall, Palmer Harold Hartman, Michelle Lockhart, and Lisa Winton; great-grandchildren Derrick Cox, Jr., Jennifer Dillon, Shelby Hall, Lauren Pascual, Gage Winton, Alyissa Winton and great-great-g randdaughter Ashlynn Dillon.
Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, May 30, and services are at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, in the chapel with Kenneth Whitmire officiating. Burial is in Chattanooga Memorial Park and pallbearers are Austin Andrew, Derrick Cox, Jr., Justin Pascual, David Gray, Steve Winton and Gage Winton.
