Beach Blanket Movie Night Is May 27

Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department will kick off Memorial Day weekend at the free 12th Annual Beach Blanket Movie Night at Chester Frost Park beach on Friday, May 27.  

The public is invited to bring chairs or blankets or watch the movie from a boat on the three-story screen.  

Due to licensing restrictions the name of the movie and not be broadcast, but it’s a Walt Disney/PIXAR 2015 release and the Academy Award winner for best animated film. The film features a group of emotional friends living inside the head of a young girl. 

Family activities will be held before the movie.  The activities will begin at 8:30 p.m. and movie will begin at dark.  First aid will be provided by Lifeguard Ambulance Service LLC.
