2 Teens Arrested In East Ridge After Domestic Disorder

East Ridge Police responded to 5308 Lazard Street on a domestic disorder involving Seth and Stormy Duff, both 18 years old.

On arrival, officers met with the Duffs to diffuse the situation. Ms. Duff was detained for disorderly conduct when Duff threatened to shoot officers before fleeing into the residence. Police determined that the residence was occupied by the Duffs' infant and grandmother.

Officers established a perimeter and activated the ERPD SWAT Team. Officers successfully negotiated the release of the grandmother and child before Duff surrendered peacefully.

The residence was cleared, then released to the grandmother.

Seth Duff was charged with assault on police and resisting arrest. Ms. Duff was charged with assault on police, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
