Americanism

I am struggling with the current politically correct appeal for how we should view and deal with those who would seek to wipe us from the face of the earth. If we seek to identify and stop those whose radical ideology teaches and motivates them to want to destroy our citizens for supporting our way of life and freedom, by claiming that there are too many guns or that to name them for what they are is unAmerican and hate speech.

Can we not agree that the ultimate reflection and act of hate is to commit mass murder in the name of a distorted perverted religious view? The argument that supports the view that we must limit our responses to these threats and actions because we are after all "American" is in my opinion ridiculous and will not work.

There is nothing "American" in these terrorists; quit trying to treat them as though they have some "right" to kill us, to hate us. God and our constitution do not grant such rights. The oath taken by our President says that he promises to "defend and protect us against all enemies foreign and domestic ". Well here's your chance Congress, Mr. President...let's start doing and implementing and speaking those actions that will in fact offer us some security.

I saw the President voice his anger today at those who would dare criticize him. To that I would say, we're angry too. Angry that you're not doing your part to defend us with vigor....get mad at the terrorists and not your political opposites, aren't you supposed to be the President of all Americans and not just those who would agree with your failed pitiful policies?
