MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Biscuits came up just short on Saturday night against the Chattanooga Lookouts, falling to their North Division rivals, 4-2, at Riverwalk Stadium.

Aaron Slegers (5-4) was on the mound for the Lookouts, and the right-hander extended his scoreless inning streak against Montgomery this season to ten innings before Mike Marjama stepped up in the third and blasted a solo home run over the train tracks to tie the game at one.

An inning later, Jake Bauers delivered a sacrifice fly after Cade Gotta swatted his first triple as a Biscuit to begin the fourth. The Biscuits led 2-1, but it would be their last lead of the game.

Jake Faria (1-6) got the start for the Biscuits and the right-hander didn't pitch poorly, but once again, didn't get enough run support on this night to assist his five-inning, three-run performance. Faria threw over 30 pitches in the first inning, but exited allowing only an RBI-single to Dan Palka that plated Engleb Vielma to make it 1-0 Chattanooga.

In the fifth, Travis Harrison would add an RBI-single for the Lookouts, and after getting caught in a rundown on the same play, allowed Vielma to come around and score from second.

Chattanooga was up 3-2, and that was all they would need, as Harrison added an insurance run on an RBI-double in the seventh.

Daniel Palka and Engelb Vielma had three hits each for the Lookouts. Zach Granite and Travis Harrison had two hits.

The Biscuits could muster only three hits on the night, each of hit was off Slegers.

Montgomery will turn to the red-hot Taylor Guerrieri (5-4), who has won his last three starts, on Sunday afternoon against Kohl Stewart (1-1) at 3:05 p.m. in the final game of the first half.
