Morning Pointe Of Collegedale Hosts Green Thumb Garden Club

Morning Pointe of Collegedale at Greenbriar Cove will host the monthly Green Thumb Garden Club of Collegedale/Ooltewah meeting Monday, June 27, at 7 p.m. George and Ginny Gannaway will speak on daylilies.

George’s love of daylilies came from his grandmother, and he will exhibit an heirloom daylily along with a photo show. In addition, they will demonstrate separation and replanting techniques appropriate for daylilies.

 

Both George and Ginny are members of prominent daylily societies and are also master gardeners. There will be a Q&A period following the presentation, and door prizes are included. Members, please invite first-time visitors to join us. Membership is $15 per person, $25 per family.
