Nine Area Players Voted To TSWA All-State Softball Team

The Tennessee Sports Writers Association has released its 2016 All-State Softball Teams. Nine area players were named to the squads. Nine Chattanooga-area players have been voted to the Tennessee Sports Writers Association all-state softball teams.

Making the team were Ooltewah's Kayla Boseman, Central's Alexis Grampp, Meigs County's Kaley Meadow and Ashley Rogers, Marion County's Harlie Jordan, Silverdale's Emily Harkleroad and Lindsey Newell and Baylor's Crosby Huckaby and  Cheyenne Lindsey.
