Lucille Eleanor West Witt, 97, died at 4:15 p.m. on June 29, 2016.

She was preceded in death by husband, Albert Royce Witt, her daughter, Elizabeth Joan Witt Keith, and granddaughter, Rebecca Witt.

Survivors are daughters, Judith W. Hodges, Ringgold, GA, sons, Michael (Christine) Witt, Jerry (Judy) Witt, Joel (Heidi) Witt, Mitchel (Cecilia) Witt; son-in-law, Ken Keith; brothers, Donald West and Dale West; sister, Margie Brown.  She also leaves behind 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, the last having been born June 16, 2016, to her first great-grandchild. All were very much loved.

Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 1, in the funeral home chapel with Reverend J.R. Caines officiating.

Interment will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday July 2, in the Epperson Cemetery, Coker Creek, Tn., with Reverend Jonathan Witt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please give to someone who may be in need, or East Ridge Presbyterian Church, where Lucille and Royce Witt and their four oldest children were charter members.
