Neil Dennis Webb, 61, of New Hope, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 18, 2016.
He was the Superintendent of the Marion County Highway Department, a position he had held since 2010. A graduate of Marion County High School, he was a member of Jasper First Baptist Church and the Jasper Jaycees.
He was preceded in death by his son, Christian Neil Webb; and his parents, Dennis H. and Jewell Griffith Webb
Neil is survived by his wife of 26 years, Pamela Davis Webb; son, John “Austin” Dennis Webb; brothers, Mark A. (Kay) Webb and Grant L. (Jennifer) Webb; sisters, Brenda (Jim) Asher and Ashley Webb; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 4 p.m. CDT, on Thursday, July 21, with Bro. Roger Webb officiating. Interment will follow in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. CDT, on Wednesday, July 20.
It was Neil’s request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
