Charlsie Gravitt, 65, of LaFayette, Georgia, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016.
She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Gordon “Spud” Bowman; and grandson, Justin Troy Lee Hitchcox.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, William Gravitt of LaFayette; daughters, Kim (Joel) Hitchcox of Flintstone, Traciy (Jerry) Byrd of LaFayette, Kristie (Mickey) Hughes and Heather Ramsey of LaFayette; sister, Mack (Steve) Woody of LaFayette; brother, Bob (Cathy) Jones of LaFayette; grandchildren, Matthew Hitchcox, Brittany (Tony) Vecchio and Elishia (Jake) Rice, Micah, Mason and Madison Hughes and Austin Ramsey; four great-grandsons; her special friend, Mary Cameron; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be Saturday, July 23 at 3 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church with Bobby Lemons and Russell Headrick officiating.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, July 22 from 6-8 p.m.
