Frances Lillian Kitchen, 79, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at the home of her son, Ken Kitchen, and daugher-in-law Betty, in Lakesite, Tennessee.
Born April 17, 1937 in Chapel Hill, TN, Frances moved to Chattanooga early in life with her mother, Deana Mae Davis, and her seven siblings. Ms. Kitchen worked as vocational supervisor at Orange Grove Center of Chattanooga for over 30 years prior to her retirement. Ms. Kitchen was a long-time and faithful member of Victory Baptist Church in Rossville, Georgia.
Ms. Kitchen is survived by her son, Ken Kitchen of Lakesite, TN; her sister, Addie Youngblood of Rossville, GA; her brothers, Carl Davis of Chickamauga, GA and Sam Davis and Jesse Davis of Georgetown, TN; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Services for her will be held at Victory Baptist Church in Rossville (1013 Lafayette Road, 706-866-0371) at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 25, with visitors accepted beginning at 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
