Department of Safety and Homeland Security Commissioner Bill Gibbons will meet with Tennessee Highway Patrol Chattanooga District troopers on Tuesday morning to discuss department priorities and various initiatives to reduce traffic fatalities across the state. Colonel Tracy Trott and members of the THP Command Staff will also be in attendance.
