Ronald Steven Blackwell, Sr., 62, died on July 27, 2016 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bennie Blackwell and Rose Marie Toliver; brothers, Marshall and Phil Blackwell.
Survivors include his children, Malinda Rice and Ronald Blackwell, Jr.; siblings, Wand (Freddy) Jones and Stephanie (David) Newson; nine grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, at 12:30 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
