First Tennessee Bank Provides Expanded Leave Policies For Parents

First Tennessee Bank announced the expansion of efforts to support parent employees. Beginning Monday every full or part-time employee who has been employed by the bank for the last six months will be eligible for expanded maternity and parental leave.

The policy provides one hundred percent pay for eight weeks of leave for maternity leave. The policy also provides one hundred percent pay for four weeks of parental leave for adoptions,
child birth, surrogacy, or foster care.

Chattanooga Market President Jeff Jackson said, “First Tennessee is a relationship driven company.
