Shirley  Lyvonne  Russell  Murray  Pearson,  74, of  LaFayette, Georgia,  passed  away  Wednesday, July 27, 2016.

She  was  born  on  May 12, 1942 in  LaFayette.  Shirley  was  a  member  of  the  LaFayette  Church  of  Christ.  She had an arts and crafts business for 18 years.

She  was  preceded  in  death  by  her  husband,  Arthur  Howard  Pearson;  parents,  Noah  Perry  Russell  and  Mabel  Stoker  Russell;  and two  brothers,  Delmas  and  Buck  Russell.

Shirley  is  survived  by  her  daughter  and  son-in-law,  Tammy  (Philip)  Nance  of  Ringgold;  sons  and  daughters-in-law,  Shayne  (Ann)  Murray  and  Keith  (Bonnie)  Murray  all  of  LaFayette;  her  sister,  Ruth  Crowe;  brother  and  sister-in-law,  Kenneth  (Betty)  Russell  all  of  Kensington;  granddaughters,  Tiffany  (Aaron)  Pontier   and  Kaylie  Murray;  great-grandson,  David  Pontier;  and several  nieces  and  nephews.

Funeral  from  the  Wilbanks  Memorial  Chapel will be Saturday,  July 30 at 11 a.m.  with  Minister David Paden  and  Elder Don  Shields  officiating. Interment will follow  in  Fairview  South  Cemetery.

Family  will  receive  friends  at  the  funeral  home  Friday,  July 29 from 6-8 p.m.

Arrangements  are  by  Wallis-Wilbanks  Funeral  Home,  LaFayette.
