Deanie Hutcheson
Willa Dean Jordan “Deanie” Hutcheson, 78, of Sale Creek, died Monday afternoon, August 22, 2016, in an area hospital, surrounded by her children.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Tillman H. Hutcheson; her parents, Willis and Josie Jordan; and her sisters, Jaquetta Poole and Bernice Francisco.
Deanie loved sitting on her front porch watching all the wildlife, especially the deer in the field next door, she also loved being outside working in the garden and mowing the yard.
She is survived by her children, Pam (L.C.) Smith of Sale Creek, Eddie Hutcheson of Soddy Daisy, Donnie (Susan) Hutcheson of Whitwell, Becky Tomlinson of Sale Creek and Judy (Ricky) Hodge of Sale Creek; nine grandkids, five great-grandkids and one great-grandchild on the way; two sisters, Betty Mickels of Florida; Billie Aslinger of Sale Creek and five brothers, Jerry Jordan of Hixson, James, Lonnie, Walter (Spud) and Glenn (Bit) Jordan all of Sale Creek.
Services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 25, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Jim Purser officiating. Burial will follow in Shelton Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-9 p.m. on Wednesday, and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Her grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
