Here is the Fort Oglethorpe arrest report for July 29-Aug. 4:

James Leslie Graham, 53, of 532 Pinewood Circle, Fort Oglethorpe was arrested July 28 on a charge of simple battery.

Curtis Lamont McLain, 35, of 7725 Lee Highway, Chattanooga was arrested July 28 on charges of possession of marijuana and outstanding warrant.

Michael Steven Garrick, 43, was arrested July 30 on charges of disorderly conduct and right of way in crosswalk.

Jeffrey Alan Geib, 20, of 203 Summer Street, Rossville was arrested July 30 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Angela Gaye Carter, 43, of 203 Summer Street, Rossville was arrested July 30 for theft by shoplifting.

Michael Jamal Robinson, 21, of 1799 Cynthia Drive, Rossville was arrested July 31 on an outstanding warrant.

Brian Heath Williams, 26, of 2019 Gail Street, Rossville was arrested August 1 on charges of fugitive from justice and seatbelt violation.

Keyara Marcine Horne, 27, of 3501 Dayton Blvd., Apt.

E-6, Red Bank was arrested August 2 on an outstanding warrant.

Christopher Shane Smith, 38, of 179 Westside Drive, Rossville was arrested August 2 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked, proof of insurance, improperly transferred tag and registration requirement.

Charles Henry Murphy, 36, of 49 Dew Lane, Rossville was arrested August 2 on an outstanding warrant.

Michael Nathan Yarbrough, 41, of 293 Lisbon Road, Chickamauga was arrested August 3 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and illegal dumping.
