The Lady Chargers of CCS won their own tournament on Saturday with a 3-0 win over top ranked Greeneville.
CCS beat Anderson County 7-0 in the semifinals Saturday morning.
Kyra Duble had three goals and three assists. Olivia Hoffman and Addie Henry had two goals each.
Laura Beth Turner had four assists.
In the championship game Saturday night, Kate Dirkse scored the lone goal of the first half on a penalty kick after a hand ball in the box.
CCS led 1-0 at the half. Olivia Hoffman scored the goal ahead goal off an assist from Laura Beth Turner. The final goal was also scored by Hoffman after beating the keeper and scoring on an open goal.
"Defenders did great limiting the dangerous chances, led by Kate Dirkse, Emily Huesman, Katie Davick and Jenna Rogers," CCS head coach Cal Sneller said.
Taylor Price earned the shutout in the goal.
Greeneville had 11 shots on goal and CCS had eight.
CCS improves to 7-5 on the year and will host district rival Notre Dame on Thursday.
In Memphis, Baylor earned a 1-0 win over University School of Jackson at the Rivals Tournament.
Baylor's goal came in the 29th minute when Abbie Vibbert scored off a Kamryn Bloh corner kick.
