$100,000 Powerball Ticket Bought In Chattanooga

  • Sunday, September 11, 2016

As the jackpot for Powerball continues to climb, now at $222 million, thousands of Tennesseans win prizes from the game's eight other levels. Saturday night's drawing created 16,619 winning Powerball tickets in the state, including a $100,000 prize won by a player in Chattanooga.

The player won by matching four of the five white numbers drawn plus the red Powerball number. He or she also added the Power Play option for an extra $1, which multiplied the prize by the multiplier number drawn Saturday night, which was 2.

No additional information is available until the prize is claimed.
