John Shields, Jr.
John L. Shields, Jr., 33, is wanted in connection with several thefts in Cleveland.

Anyone with information on the location of John L. Shields is urged to leave a confidential tip via Cleveland Police Department Facebook inbox or they can contact Detective Andy Ratcliff directly at 423 476-1121.

Shields is wanted in connection with multiple thefts from Homestead Tractor off APD 40 in Cleveland. The most recent theft occurred on Monday, with a total value loss of $4,000. Shields has active warrants for his arrest.
