Nakisha Leeann Vaughn, 25, of 114 Champion Road, Rossville was arrested August 28 on charges of possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of methamphetamine and possession of schedule II.
James William Lovett, 40, of 111 Champion Road, Rossville was arrested August 28 on charges of possession of tools for the commission of a crime, possession of methamphetamine and possession of schedule II.
Dewayne Sanchezee Chubbs, 27, of 4006 6th Avenue, Chattanooga was arrested August 28 on charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving while license suspended and speeding.
