Come Meet Your Elected Officials Is Sunday

  • Tuesday, September 20, 2016

Come Meet Your Elected Officials will be held from 5-6 p.m. on Sunday at Campobello, 5220 Asher Lane in Ooltewah.

"We wanted to provide our friends and neighbors here in the Collegedale/Ooltewah area a relaxed way to meet their local elected officials," said David Barto.  "Thus, we have invited our local state representatives, county commissioners, county Constitutional office holders, city commissioners and everyone on our Christmas party invitation list here to the cabin.

"There will not be speeches, just visiting, Little Debbies, Cokes and fellowship.

"I have found that to a man/woman we have one of the best groups of elected officials in the state and they love to just sit a spell and visit.

"This is a free event, it's non-partisan, and not an endorsement.  This is about bringing the community together through getting to know each other better, so come on out."
