Joe Smith Is The Best Choice For County Commission District 3

  • Saturday, September 24, 2016
After spending 20 years of my life working in and around campaigns and elections, I have been basically silent over the past six years. I just wanted to step away and let others have their time.

The one thing that could bring me to voice my opinion on a particular race is the fact that my dear friend, Joe Smith, wants to represent me and everyone else in the County Commission District 3.

I have had the distinct honor and absolute pleasure to know Joe Smith for some time.
When I first met Joe and found out what he does for some disadvantaged youth in our community I knew he was a special individual who not only cared very deeply about others, but helping others to reach their full potential and become involved citizens in the community.

Joe Smith has a history of making a difference in the lives of others. I have laughed with Joe, I have prayed with Joe, and I have also been lost across Tennessee with Joe. Joe is the epitome of level-headedness and reason.

The culture we live in now is changing at a rapid pace, and personally, I want someone representing me that is ready, willing and able to meet the challenges head on.

Joe Smith is a humble individual. He is not quick to boast of his many accomplishments, the dozens of foster children he and his wife have raised, nor the fact that he is an avid sailor....but I will.

Joe Smith is the type of person I want representing me. Joe Smith is also the type of person residents of County Commission District 3 would want representing them, and Joe Smith is the type of person all of us need to make a difference in our community.

It is with great pride that I wholeheartedly support Joe Smith for County Commission District 3.
