Steven Wayne Russell, 63, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, died on July 16, 2016.
He was born in Nashville, attended Eaken Elementary School and graduated from Peabody Demonstration High School.
He was a registered nurse for 40 years with specialty in ICU, trauma and critical care. He had worked at St. Thomas Hospital, Parkview/Centennial Medical Center, Williamson Medical Center in Nashville and Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1, at Hodge House Percy Warner Park, 1900 Chickering Road, Nashville. The family will receive friends from 3-3:30 p.m.
