Washington, Deneisha Shawanda (Dalton)

Deneisha Shawanda Washington, 25, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2016 from injuries received in an automobile accident along with her two children, Iyan’na and Octavian Bynum.

She was a 2010 graduate of Dalton High School and was formerly employed by Amazon, Whitfield County Schools, and Creative Plastic.

She is survived by her mother, Yolanda Washington; daughter, Shanya Washington; two brothers, A. J. Womble, all of Dalton, Georgia and Quinton Young of Cincinnati, OH; two sisters, Lakeisha Washington of Dalton and Quaneisha Young of Cincinnati; grandfather, Paul Allen of Dalton; grandmother, Jeanette Fields of Cincinnati; aunt, Frances Washington Ramsey; uncles, Alonzo Washington, Frank Parker; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins,  relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, Oct. 1 at noon at Mountain Ridge Baptist Church, 1401 Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd., Dalton.  Interment will follow at Hopewell Church Cemetery. 

Visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 30.

Arrangements are by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton.
