Cynthia Bingham
Cynthia Bingham, 59, of Lakesite, died on Thursday, September 8, 2016. When she passed away, she was surrounded by her family.
Cindy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She devoted her life to her husband and children. She was of the Christian faith and attended Cross Walk Church.
Cindy is survived by her husband of 41 years, Michael Bingham; son, Matthew Bingham and fiancée Candice Elmore; daughter, Jessica Bingham; granddaughter, Emily; parents, Delwin and Myra Tanner; sister, Delwyna Harvey and husband, Lee Roy Harvey; nephew, Lee Harvey; great niece, Haley Harvey.
The family would like to thank the staff of Tennessee Oncology, both Chattanooga and Nashville locations for their superb compassionate care while she was being treated, and a special thank you to Hearth Hospice for their superb end of life care.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, and 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Monday, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life service for Cynthia will follow at 2:30 p.m. on Monday at the North Chapel with Dr. Travis Shipley officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
