A Great Day For The Tennessee Walking Horse

  • Saturday, January 14, 2017

At last!

The wheels of government move slowly, but they do move.  The final ruling to protect these magnificent creatures from torture, with the built in mechanism of oversight, will change the Walking Horse industry forever - for the better.

I would like to say a big thank you to Roy Exum for keeping this front and center in Chattanooga.com.  Another big thank you to Rep. Cohen and the entire bi-partisan group of legislators that kept pushing on this issue until it was resolved.

Now, let the great state of Tennessee go about the business of treasuring and protecting our heritage, which includes the Tennessee Walking Horse.
