Rosey Bell Hall, 92, passed away January 11, 2017, at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her children, Billy Robinson, Wanda Christian and Dale Hall.
Survivors include her children, Merry Nell Moses, Barbara Robinson, Janet Hall Cartwright, Roger and Robert Hall and Dean (Belinda) Hall, all of Chattanooga; one brother, Joe Hardy of Cincinnati, OH; a host of grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, in the chapel. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
The body will lie in state from 9 a.m. until the time of service at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodd Ave., 622-9995.
