Keith, Kenneth (Cleveland)

Kenneth Keith, 88, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2017 in a Chattanooga health care facility.

Mr. Keith was born on February 24, 1928 in Cleveland to the late Lela Marie Bates Keith and Harle Roosevelt Keith; and was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Rosezella Keith; his son-in-law, Pete Kendrick; his sisters, Edith Hawkins and Vernice Pell; and several half-brothers and half-sisters.

Mr. Keith owned and operated Kenneth Keith Rock Hauling for 45 years. He enjoyed tinkering with old cars and he completely refurbished an 1940 Buick. he also enjoyed riding motorcycles. Mr. Keith was a Christian.

Survivors include his daughters, Carol Kendrick of Cleveland and Janet Louise Keith of Charleston; his son, Bobby R. Keith and his wife Natasha of Cleveland; his grandsons, Kenny Kendrick, Shane Kendrick, Kevin Green, Derek Green, Ryan Boling and his wife Taelor and Darren Boling; his great-grandchildren, Evie Kendrick, Emerson Green, Neyland Green, Alaina Boling and Landon Boling; several half-brothers and half-sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday, January 20, at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel. A private interment will be held for the family at a later time.

The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
