Elaine Marie Kunzelman, 45, of LaFayette, Georgia, died on Thursday, January 19, 2017.
She was born in Belvidere, IL, but lived in LaFayette, GA for most of her life. Elaine was a graduate of LaFayette High School, Class of 91.
She is survived by her parents, Lloyd and Sherrie Kunzelman of LaFayette; brother, Brian (Karen) Kunzelman of LaFayette; special nephews, Cameron Kunzelman of Atlanta and Kane Kunzelman of LaFayette; special cousin, Janna of Nashville; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins in both Rockford and LaFayette.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Kindred Hospital staff for their love and care.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, January 22 from 3-6 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life, with Pastor Vincent Cook officiating.
