Painting And Pottery Exhibit Slated For Jan.6-27

The “Painting and Pottery” Exhibit, presented by MACC students and mentors, is slated for Jan. 6-27.  The show and sale features original art work. Opening reception is Jan, 13 from 5 -7 p.m.

Original works of students will be on display in Gallery 5 at the Mountain Arts Community Center during the month of January. During the Friday reception on Jan. 13, art and pottery techniques will be demonstrated by instructors Val Gibson and Lolly Durant, and many pieces on exhibit will be available for purchase.   New painting and pottery classes begin Jan. 10 at the MACC.

GALLERY 5 @ the MACC is located at 809 Kentucky Ave., Signal Mountain, and is open during regular MACC hours M-Th 9-7 and Fri 9-4.
