Chattanooga Olive Garden Unveils New Look

Restaurant Remodel Features New Logo And Interior Design Updates

  • Tuesday, October 17, 2017

Olive Garden has completed the remodel of its Chattanooga restaurant, unveiling a new look. Built in 1988, the location now features updated artwork, fabrics, materials, lighting, seating and flooring, as well as the new Olive Garden logo.

“My team and I are eager to share our new restaurant design with our guests in Chattanooga,” said Michael Bower, general manager at the Chattanooga Olive Garden. “The updated décor continues to provide an inviting dining experience while incorporating a more modern feel.”

As part of an ongoing commitment to give back to the community, the restaurant donated its former furnishings to the local Habitat for Humanity ReStore outlet. Since 2010, Olive Garden restaurants nationwide have donated more than $460,000 in furnishings to local Habitat for Humanity ReStore outlets, which relies on funds to build Habitat homes in local communities.

New design elements at the Chattanooga Olive Garden include:
Distinctive décor, maintaining a comfortable, home-like setting
An inviting lobby area with two high-definition digital chalkboards
A colorful, backlit bar with recharging stations for mobile devices
Modern, all-white plateware
Wine-pouring stations for 60-plus varieties
Flexible seating to accommodate guests and large parties
Glass-encased floor-to-ceiling wine cabinets, featuring more than 60 bottles of wine
Wine pouring stations in the dining areas, featuring Olive Garden’s extensive wine offerings

The menu at Olive Garden continues to feature guests’ Italian favorites as well as new dishes. The Tastes of the Mediterranean menu celebrates the flavors and cooking styles inspired by Italy’s Mediterranean coast, such as Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Margherita, with all entrées under 600 calories. Additionally, guests can create their own lunch combinations with Lunch Duos. Catering Delivery and ToGo options are also available.

The Chattanooga Olive Garden is at 2200 Hamilton Place Blvd. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
