James Dennis Wright, 47, of Jasper, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017.
Dennis was born in Chattanooga on Sept. 9, 1970, to the late James and Marilyn Wright.
Left to cherish his memory include his children, Zachary and Brooke Wright; girlfriend of seven years, Michelle Buttimer and daughters, Macie and Maddie Buttimer; brother, Darrell Wright; and niece, Sarah Wright.
Dennis owned a successful home renovation and repair service in the Bent Tree/Jasper area. His customers loved him and appreciated the caring and meticulous way that he operated. He was known to be a perfectionist with everything he did.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, Oct. 22, from 12-2 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel-Hixson.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
