Sheriff's Deputy Sues Restaurant, Server After Finding Baggie Of Cocaine In His Water

A Hamilton County Sheriff's deputy has sued the owners of a local restaurant as well as a server after he said he found a small baggie of cocaine in his water. The Circuit Court complaint was filed by Ricky E.
