Young Marines Present Check To Honoring The Sacrifice Foundation

Members of the Southeast Tennessee Area Young Marines presented Honoring The Sacrifice with a check to support the mission of assisting members of the armed forces who are severely wounded while serving our country.

The Young Marines are a youth education and service program for boys and girls who are committed to character building, leadership, and the promotion of a healthy drug-free lifestyle.

Participating in the check presentation were Lance Corporal Brett Baker, Sgt. Andrew Smith, U.

S. Army (ret.), Private First Class Addison Ritchey, and Private First Class Brayden Ritchey.

Man And Woman Killed In Sunday Morning Murder/Suicide At Hixson Gas Station

A man and a woman were killed in a Sunday morning murder/homicide at a gas station in Hixson.
