60 More Homes Planned Near River Gorge Drive At Black Creek

Developers of Black Creek in Lookout Valley are planning another 60 homes on a 21.7-acre site off River Gorge Drive.

A portion of the steepest area of the site will be left as green space.

Townhouses and an assisted living facility were once proposed for the site, but that plan was abandoned.
