"I thought we were very uninspired to play at the beginning," Baylor head coach Curtis Blair said. "I was very proud of the girls on our bench that came in and gave us a lift. They brought a new energy to us."
Curtis continued, "I give a lot of credit to Coach Hart and Coach Rikard (McMinn County) for our difficulties. I know they have had a tons of injuries and lost some very good players, but they play extremely hard and it is fun to watch. I am very proud of our four seniors. They have been through a lot of ups and down throughout the years, but always stuck with the program and plan. They will be greatly missed next year."
