A subdivision with 21 new homes is planned at 2512 and 2514 Will Kelley Road.

Vinod Javer is the owner and developer of the 6.1-acre site.

Will Kelley Road is near Min-Ton Drive in the Hamilton Place area.

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
