A former printing facility on almost eight acres near Main and Holtzclaw is set to be redeveloped.
Architect Craig Kronenberg is the applicant for a rezoning at the plant now owned by Rock Tenn. It was once in use as the National Poster Company and WestRock Digital Printing.
The plan is for a mixed-use development with residential units included.
The main entrance will be from Holtzclaw Avenue with a potential pedestrian access to nearby Montague Park.
The site's five buildings include 154,000 square feet.
It includes six docks and three bays.
The property has been for sale for $2,750,000. It has been marketed by Pointe Commercial Real Estate.
It was built in 1948.
The rezoning case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
