Leona Roe McClure, 82, of Ringgold, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017 in a local nursing home. She was a longtime member of Parkway Baptist Temple, in Ft. Oglethorpe.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Howard and Florence Roe; beloved husband of 55 years, Ralph McClure; brother, Jack Roe; sisters, Juanita Harp and Bertha Hood; Nephew, Donnie Hood.
Survivors include nephews and spouse’s, Stan (Bonnie) Hood, Ray (Sandy) Hood and Sherry Hood; along with several other nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, Nov. 2 from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 3 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike Watkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Tennessee/Georgia Memorial Park.
