Refuge Assembly in Soddy Daisy is inviting anyone in the Soddy Daisy, Hixson or Chattanooga area that doesn't have anywhere to spend Thanksgiving to join in a free meal with all the trimmings.

Thanksgiving dinner will be served from noon to 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23.

"We know that the holidays can be very hard for folks and Refuge wants to offer a good meal and pleasant people to lift the spirits of those in our community," said Denise Tindall, outreach director for Refuge Assembly.

Refuge Assembly is at 194 Depot St. in Soddy Daisy.
