Joseph Hobert Plank, 41, of Signal Mountain, went to be with the Lord and his loved ones on Sunday November 12, 2017.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. Hubert Winton, and Mr. and Mrs. Orville Plank, all of Signal Mountain.
He was a member of Sawyer Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Brittany Buffington and son, Julian; parents, Randy and Trisha Plank; siblings, Jill Plank Jack, Sam, Will and Tessa Plank; nephews, Koty, Aidan and Tommy; niece, Macy Mae. Joe had a kind and giving heart and even in death he was able to touch lives with Organ Donation. Joey was a loving father, son, brother and friend. His laughter will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, Nov. 16, at Sawyer Missionary Baptist Church at 3:30 p.m.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church.
Burial will follow the service at Sawyer Cemetery.
